Cancelling or Rescheduling
I have a minimum 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. You can cancel or reschedule your booked show any time 24 hours or earlier than your scheduled appointment time.
You can also call me at 303-246-8747 to cancel or change your appointment any time 24 hours or earlier than your scheduled appointment time.
CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING LESS THAN 24 HOURS FROM YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE EQUAL TO THE FULL PRICE OF THE SHOW.
Travel distance
I serve the greater Boulder/Denver metro area. While I’ll always try to accommodate requests from farther away, I may not be able to provide services if they exceed a reasonable distance. If you are open to providing additional travel fees, I will most likely be able to accommodate your request.
No Shows
If you are unable to arrive at the agreed-upon location for the show, please make every effort to contact me by phone or text. Customers who are not present at the agreed-upon location of the show and have not contacted me 10 minutes or later past their scheduled appointment time will be considered a “no show” and may result in cancellation and a charge equal to the price of the show.
Performer Late or No Show
I am a responsible professional and I’ll always strive to arrive on time at your location at your appointed time. In some cases however, I may be delayed through no fault of my own. In such cases I’ll always call or text you to provide an update on my anticipated arrival time.
If I arrive later than 1 hour from your appointment time you may proceed with the show or you may cancel or reschedule with no penalty.
If I fail to arrive, you will not be charged. If you choose to reschedule you will receive a one-time promotional discount of 15% off when you re-book the show.
Rescheduling or Cancelling Performances
I reserve the right to reschedule or cancel your appointment for any reason. If I must reschedule or cancel your appointment you will not be charged a fee and you may reschedule or cancel at no cost. I will make every effort to choose a new time that suits you, and you will receive a one-time promotional discount of 15% off when you re-book the show.
I reserve the right to end a show in progress if I deem the environment or any person present unsafe solely at my discretion. Such cases will result in a charge equal to the full price of the show.
“It’s My Party and I’ll Cry if I Want to” Policy
Young audience members occasionally cry or become upset during performances. This is totally normal, and I’m flexible and understanding of children’s needs. In such cases I may ask that the upset child be temporarily removed to another room for 5 minutes, and then brought back to rejoin the show. If a child is upset longer than a reasonable time and must be removed for longer than half the show, I’ll do my best to extend the performance when the child returns, and be sure he or she has an opportunity to participate and enjoy the show.
